data scientist, serial entrepreneur, and product executive with over a decade of experience in designing, building, and scaling high-retention products, Anastasia Sartan has lead teams of 5 to 100 in startups and large organizations alike.

Her story began in 2010s with TrendsBrands, a Russian online/offline clothing store that earned Anastasia her first million. In 2013, as the country's largest fashion e-com retailer with funding from European investors, it received an acquisition offer from ASOS.com.

Since her move to California in 2015, Anastasia has founded and scaled a few successful startups, including StyleHacks: a consumer service for personalized AI- and voice tech-based shopping experience backed by Google and The Founders Fund.
