A data scientist, serial entrepreneur, and product executive with over a decade of experience in designing, building, and scaling high-retention products, Anastasia Sartan has lead teams of 5 to 100 in startups and large organizations alike.

Her story began in 2010s with TrendsBrands, a Russian online/offline clothing store that earned Anastasia her first million. In 2013, as the country's largest fashion e-com retailer with funding from European investors, it received an acquisition offer from ASOS.com.

Since her move to California in 2015, Anastasia has founded and scaled a few successful startups, including StyleHacks: a consumer service for personalized AI- and voice tech-based shopping experience backed by Google and The Founders Fund.

As Director of Product at Snap, Inc., in 2021–2022, she further boosted her expertise in product engineering, data science, and strategy with extensive inclusivity initiatives, working directly with Snap’s CEO Evan Spiegel.
